A message dated May 21, 2008, was received stating the Governor                                                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 200(FIN)                                                                                             
     "An Act relating to the presumption of coverage for a workers'                                                             
     compensation claim for disability as a result of certain diseases for
